Artalliance presents: ULTIMATE CHINA
Over the past six years, I have regularly been travelling to China, constantly on the lookout for new and exciting artworks. Artalliance’s slogan is “Good Chinese Contemporary Art at Affordable Prices”.
Having spent 15 years in China, from 1985 to 1999, my knowledge for Chinese Contemporary Art stems from its beginnings, before its popularity rose to become what it is today. Through my years spent in China, I not only have a personal love and respect for its art, but also for its history, food and culture. My ties and friendships from thatera are still as strong and close to this day.
Very few are able to experience China through the eyes of a European who has lived in China for such a long period of time. Hence, I have decided to share my passion for China and its contemporary art scene with you.
I have the pleasure to announce that Artalliance, with the assistance of Imperial Tours, have put together the second China Art Tour called ULTIMATE CHINA.
TIME & SCHEDULE:
Following our attendance at the Art Basel Hong Kong we shall depart on March 23, 2017 to South West China and visit the following locations during 9 days
Chongqing – Chengdu – Hangzhou – Shanghai
In each city we will visit the studios of various artists, museums and dine in local restaurants – often accompanied by the artists themselves as well as other locals tied to the Chinese art scene amongst other activities.
The Tour ends in Shanghai on March 31, 2017.
For those who would like to continue the trip and visit Beijing: an additional tour of 4 days is also on offer.
There will be a minimum of 6 people / maximum 8 people to take part in this guided tour. A “First come, First served” rule will be applied. Therefore, and to ensure your participation, I am kindly asking you to respond to this offer with a pre-registration latest by January 31, 2017.
PLEASE BE ADVISED: In addition to the trips’ costs offered by Imperial Tours, my Guide Fee of CHF120 per day per person will be charged. Artalliance GmbH will invoice the fee 60 days prior to departure.
In order to guarantee your participation, a deposit of 10% of the Imperial Tours costs is requested at the time of your booking. The remaining 90% of the costs will have to be settled at the latest 60 days prior to departure.
CANCELLATION:
Should you decide to cancel your booking, Imperial Tours Cancellation Conditions will be applied as follows:
- Between the time of deposit and 90 days prior to departure – Each entity will forfeit $300
- Between 90 and 60 days prior to departure – Each entity will forfeit their deposit
- Between 60 and 30 days prior to departure – Each entity will forfeit 25% of the tour’s costs
- Between 30 and 15 days prior to departure – Each entity will forfeit 50% of the tour’s costs
- 14 days prior to departure – Each entity will forfeit 70% of the tour’s costs
- 3 days prior to departure – Each entity will forfeit 100% of the tour’s costs
All notices of cancellation must be written to be effective, as the date of cancellation will be the date of reception by Imperial Tours personnel.
