Pearl Lam Galleries takes its place at William Lim-designed H Queen’s in Central, Hong Kong

[Press Release]

Hong Kong— Pearl Lam Galleries is delighted to announce that it will take a space at the H Queen’s development, to be completed in 2017. Pearl Lam Galleries will open at H Queen’s in March 2018 alongside the Galleries’ other spaces in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Singapore.

The new space at H Queen’s, located in Hong Kong’s prime business area, will bolster the Galleries’ commitment to representing emerging artists and design, while the programming of the space will place a focus on artists who showcase more large-scale and sculptural works by a wider range of artists in a space on the 9th floor. As one of Asia’s leading galleries, Pearl Lam Galleries will take its place at H Queen’s alongside David Zwirner, Pace, Seoul Auction, Tang Contemporary Art and Whitestone Gallery.

Pearl Lam Galleries will retain its existing spaces in Hong Kong, including one of the largest spaces in Hong Kong’s historic Pedder Building. This will be in addition to its further two spaces at Gillman Barracks in Singapore and in Shanghai on Middle Jiangxi Road.

“H Queen’s is an incredibly exciting development for Hong Kong’s art scene. The space will push the boundaries of the art that can be showcased in the city, through its purpose built design and the convenience of its location. As someone from Hong Kong, I take enormous pleasure in watching this development occur in this city. I am also extremely pleased that Pearl Lam Galleries is again expanding and taking a place here alongside other world-renowned and distinguished galleries.”
