Course：Painting Lecturer：Zhang Lehua
We provide the students with the distinctive and interesting painting skills training via modern methods of painting. Also, by teach them certain physical activities including staring, meditation and yelling, we are going to equip the students with the comprehensive ability of natural scenery painting. The class operates as the combination of individual small paintings and large scale team works, so as to show the students the classic works of modern art and give rise to their inspirations.

Zhang Lehua began contemporary art creations from 2005. He is active in Shanghai and Beijing, China after he graduated from China Academy of Art, New Media Art Department.
His own art creation is based on different lands and layers’ culture, mix and narrate them again, to make the audiences reflect on what to be paid attention to and cultural research.
Also he is one member of “Double Fly Art Center”. They create in art and public space by a humor and sarcastic way and interpose the society. Their works is related with “DADA” and “Fluxus” , also Chinese contemporary from 1980’s.
