“Seeing the Self in the Scene” is the first solo exhibition by Elpis CHOW. The paintings are drawn from places that she knows well by heart but never cared to look, until now.

There are places we pass by often but are unaware of.

There are places we travel by everyday but are unconscious of.

There are places we walk by day in day out but are unmindful of.

There are places we drive by frequently but are oblivious of.

There are places we stroll by time and again but are inattentive to.
