Ping XU：Another Life of Shadow

55 is pleased to announce that Ping XU’s debut solo show entitled “Another Life of Shadow” will be held in Shanghai this November.

Ping XU was born in China in 1985. He dropped out of China Defense Science and Technology Academy in 2007.

Ping XU began experimenting with many natural objects in daily life, such as fruits, vegetables and flowers, as common materials for his creations about a year ago. Those natural objects left traces of colours on paper after exposing under the sun for a certain period of time.
