iPRECIATION

Established in Singapore since 1999, iPreciation is a fine art company dedicated to showcasing exquisite Modern and Contemporary Asian Art. With an exhibition space of 5,300 square feet in the heart of Singapore, iPreciation is recognized as a leading contemporary art gallery in Asia. Since its inception, iPreciation has successfully created a legion of avenues for artistic exposure. The gallery provides a well-recognized platform for promising artists, meticulously cultivating and introducing them and their works to the most discerning art enthusiasts and collectors. Many artists represented by iPreciation have been widely exhibited and collected by public institutions, private and international corporations both in Singapore and internationally.

iPreciation prides itself on being equipped with in-depth knowledge, expertise and experience to provide professional consultancy services to both individual and corporate entities. To date, we completed a few notable permanent public art acquisitions internationally, including the Azia Centre in Pudong Shanghai, The Exchange in Tienjing, Gandaria City in South Jakarta, Menara Standard Chartered in Kuala Lumpur and The Exchange Square in Hong Kong. In Singapore, our public art projects can be seen at United Square, Keppel Harbourfront, One-North, The Metropolis and most recently at CapitaGreen.

Since its inception, iPreciation has organized numerous large scale public art projects in Singapore and internationally. In 2004, the gallery co-organized with Singapore Art Museum an island wide exhibition of Ju Ming’s Taichi Series sculptures including an international debut of Ju Ming’s Taichi Arch at the Singapore Art Museum. In 2005, the gallery co- organised with Singapore Art Museum to present a retrospective painting exhibition of Gao Xingjian, a celebrated novelist, playwright, translator and the first Chinese-born writer to win the Nobel Prize for Literature in 2000. In 2006 and 2010, we worked closely with the National Museum of China in Beijing to organize two Ju Ming exhibitions.

In 2015, Ju Ming’s monumental Taichi Series sculptures enjoyed a four-month exhibition at Singapore Botanic Gardens and his Living World Series sculptures were on a travelling exhibition across four major Chinese cities: Chengdu, Chongqing, Dalian and Shanghai. Managing Director of iPreciation, Helina Chan, was the recipient of the coveted New Tourism Entrepreneur of 2005 by the Singapore Tourism Board, acknowledging the entrepreneur whose company has made major contributions to the art and tourism industry in Singapore.
