Office339 is an art management office specialized in contemporary art in Shanghai, and we are the only one from Japan.
The office was founded in 2006 by our director, Kenta Torimoto, and we have been actively organizing exhibitions, managing artists, coordinating art activities, giving consultancy and doing other related services in and out of China, Japan and other Asian countries.
From the beginning, we initially coordinated with the artists from Japan to the art scene in Shanghai. Nowadays, by having our office in Shanghai, we have successfully expanded our art activities network to cover China, Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Southeast Asia and also Middle East.
In recent years, with the rising demand in art in the market together with our accumulated experiences and networks, we have extended our scope to cover not only contemporary art, but also to creative and cultural exchange projects, interior design projects, landscape development projects and other art related activities.
We aim to expand and maximize art possibilities, and share the fruit with society. Our key success factor is to work closely with artists, galleries, art organizations, and people from all industries who share the same vision. We challenge to express our values everyday, in various possibilities for art and beyond.
