The Yuan Art Museum in Beijing was founded by Gu Yan and was officially opened to the public in March, 2010. Established in August, 2008, it was formerly known as the Yuan Art Center and became the current museum when it was issued a legal license for the non-profit organizations by the municipal government of Beijing in early 2010. The Yuan Art Museum has successfully held exhibitions such as The Culture After Culture, The Great Abstraction from Heaven and Spring Equinox among others and numerous cultural activities.
The museum, located in the Wangjing district of Beijing, is a 3,200 square meter building in which you can find exhibition halls, audio-video rooms and conference spaces. At the Yuan Art Museum, you can also find a library, a visual art and brain study lab and the Yuan Club. We believe that you and your family will enjoy this paradise of art and culture in the center of China.
