卓纳画廊于纽约切尔西区20街西537号呈现尹亨根（1928-2007）大型绘画作品展，展出艺术家创作于20世纪70年代中期至80年代的作品。自卓纳画廊2016年宣布代理尹亨根作品之后，此次展览是迄今为止尹亨根北美地区最大个展，史无前例的精选作品带您领略艺术家独具特色的单色抽象画，其中部分展品是首次在纽约展出。
身为20世纪韩国最杰出的艺术家之一，尹亨根出生于韩国忠清北道，1957于首尔弘益大学艺术系获得美术学士学位。20世纪60年代，尹亨根成为韩国极具影响力的单色画派一员，单色画派以绘画的物理属性进行实验，讲究技艺和过程的优先顺序。由于朝鲜战争（1950-1953）爆发导致的材料短缺，以及与世界艺术的相对孤立，单色派艺术家们创建了其独特的抽象理念与结构。
