Nowadays, many aspects of our daily life are highly influenced by globalization. The world is changing rapidly and the information is circulating quickly. The West and the East influence one another in a fast pace as the international community continues to develop into a diversified mixture. In spite of this, when we probe into the art world in the West and the East, there are still certain differences between the approach, the sensitivity as well as the philosophy of the artists. Therefore, instead of limiting the focus towards Asian identity, we would like to create a platform to widen the discourse and re-contemplate the cultural identity with an open-minded attitude. From this perspective, we believe it will affect most positively to our future in many ways.
