“restoration”, started two years ago by artist, Lulu and Xiaokai,is the artistic work plan in the state of underflow underflow for along-term. Complex thinking and the the ghost of thinking sometimes is hiding in the tomb, bunkers and underground channel waiting for precise search and making the plan be destined in discussion and uncertainty for a long time. Thisexhibition is part of the restoration plan and the audience can also see the full picture of therestoration plan.
“One year ago, Lulu began to collect abandoned wilderness and corrosive wood carefully like archaeologists. Then after processing, hecarefully hooked line, coloring and makingshape on them. He begins to work every day at nine in themorningtill eleven uninterruptedly. I do notknow he spent how manyhours after the concentration of two hours when a discarded objects became theaesthetic objects and this “restoration” has been given a wide range ofsociological significance. Ye Xiaokai’s creation is mostly done in the painting. Also ayear ago, he watched with the eyes of idealismand put it into his paintings. Different from Lulu who create directly on the object, On theroad in the creation of different things, he tried to give the image a second image or provide solutions.
In Diamant’s comments on Kafka, we have seen sucha sentence: he regards literature as a means and art formto restore theworld. As the image of literature and philosophy, art also has such meaning. For Lulu and XiaoKai, neither will “restoration” develop rapidly, norwill it stopor end. It will quietly go through the mists of history and society.
