Arario Gallery Beijing

Since reopening its doors in Cheonan in 2002, Arario Gallery has branched out to Beijing China in 2005, Samcheong-dong Seoul in 2006, and finally, its fourth branch in Cheongdam-song Seoul in 2011. Arario Gallery has always endeavored to explore new grounds that have never previously been looked at by other institutions in Korea, promoting hybridization and diversity in regionally localized art world through its active interactions with international art world. Through its artist representing system, Arario Gallery’s mission has been to bring new changes into the art world and expand out to the global audience by introducing and proclaiming the excellence of Korean contemporary art to the rest of the world. Expanding the base of Asian art market, Arario Gallery is a leading Asian gallery which will continue to devote to expanding the possibility of art and the art market of Korea and Asia.

Arario Gallery Cheongdam
As the core gallery linking Arario Gallery Beijing, Arario Gallery Samcheong and Arario Gallery Cheongdam, Arario Gallery Cheonan organizes main exhibitions presenting works by artists represented by the gallery, as well as by acclaimed contemporary artists from abroad. Arario Gallery Cheonan is a five-story building which measures nearly 5000㎡ boasting close to 3000㎡ in exhibition space. On display at its green sculptural park are works by international artists such as Damien Hirst, Keith Haring.

Arario Gallery Beijing
In April 2013, Arario Gallery Beijing in the Jiu Chang Art District on Wangjing was closed and established an office. The office in Wangjing will firmly take over an asset from the past 7 years of Arario Beijing through artist management and attract art project.

Arario Gallery Seoul
Located in Cheongdam-dong in Seoul where trends in culture and fashion are swiftly changing, Arario Gallery Cheongdam responds sensitively to the cultural trends of rapidly changing contemporary society and introduces powerful experimental art works. Taking advantage of the geographical characteristics of the easily accessible Cheongdam area, Arario Gallery has established as a new art mecca of Cheongdam-dong which introduces the hottest trends of contemporary art by interacting and networking with remarkable artists from both Korea and abroad. Arario gallery is devoted to facilitating the general public to communicate and experience art and culture from various different countries. Going beyond the site of introducing art of different countries, the gallery’s bigger objective is to take the lead in the global art market.
