Studio Rouge is a platform for outstanding art from both established and emering artists of China. Studio Rouge with its ethereal white space and lofty victorian ceilings was established at the Bund by George Michell in 2004. The Gallery is housed in the oldest buidling of Shanghai’s former British concession with an impressive space age vista of Pudong at its door.
In September 2006 the gallery expanded with the opening of its second exhibitions space Studio Rouge M50, joining the maze of galleries and artist studios in Shanghai’s Moganshan Poad Creative Art Centre on Suzhou Creek.
In September 2012, Studio Rouge has expanded to its third exhibitions space: Studio Rouge Hong Kong. Studio Rouge is delighted to invite you to new exhibition openings in our gallery spaces of distinction each month.
